Beta testing as OS with software not designed or approved for the new OS has got to be an adventure full of pitfalls and little joy, especially when none of us can help.

We assume your video and audio are in sync on the timeline?? And the length of both are identical on the timeline??
If you export just the audio again is the duration the same as the first??With the two unequal files in an Encore timeline, are they in sync?
Is your source video HDV? -
Your drive configuration concerns me…2 drives of less than 100GB each??
Is your source video on your “Cache” drive? -

Likely a corrupt file. Move the remaining files in that folder to a new folder and then delete the folder the corrupt file is in.

Interacting between Premiere in a non square pixel sequence and an image editing app will cause round to be elipse. The excpetion is in a Photoshop NTSC preset. one can create a round circle, It will appear round in Premiere, export round to an NTSC monitor, but playback elipse on a PC monitor.
Exporting a Bitmap from Premiere, open a new NTSC preset in Photoshop and Place the bitmap into it…elipse!
Previewing NTSC should be done on an NTSC monitor or Premiere’s program window.. -
Try updating drivers for the video card. Some video cards are not compatible with Premiere, especially On-Board cards. I also teach Premiere and have seen some awful problems with on-board cards and Premiere and Encore.

I have seen video cards that do not support the aspect ratio of the monitor and everything looks stretched. I have added a title with a perfectly round circle over a DV sequence. Set the zoom level to 100%, hit the tilde key to fill the monitor and measured the circle with a ruler…it is round.
Try it…is yours round?` -
Try the Basic 3D effect and the Tilt option.

I have used ProShow Producer for years. It shines when it comes to controlling the pan/zoom, duration of slides and transitions. It is a very fast app when it comes to productivity.
The latest version has “Styles” that can take your presentation to the next level without going cheezy.
I believe there is an excellent demo video on their web.
