    Interesting. Strange but interesting.
I use Mark’s as well and when I entered your numbers, I got the following rates which are less than yours.

Brian, the ADVC110 is a straight analog to digital/digital to analog unit and is great at what it does but it does not have the TBC option that the 300 does. As I recall, the ADVC300 was also 2 – 3 X the price.

Get it the way you want and save it as a preset. That way, all it takes is a few keystrokes to get you back to where you want to be.

From the Vegas online help (search for window layouts):

Press Ctrl+Alt+D, release the keys, and then press a number on your keyboard (not the numeric keypad) to save the layout in that space.

To load a layout quickly, press Alt+D, release the keys, and then press a number on your keyboard (not the numeric keypad) to recall the layout saved in that in that space. If no layout is saved in that space, nothing will happen when you press the shortcut.

Sorry Rick but audio processing is not my strength. Hopefully someone else can jump in here and offer some suggestions.

[Rick Hughes] “Is there any documentation for using this ?”

Here’s a PDF file that outlines the tools.

If you don’t have a VCR with a built in TBC, then look into the Green Valley (formerly Canopus) ADVC300. It’s no longer being manufactured but Amazon has two used ones for sale. Good luck.

Look for the backup veg file. It should be in the same folder as your veg file. It has a .bak extension (i.e. filename.veg.bak) on it. COpy this to a new location, delete the .bak portion and try to reopen it. If that works, save it immediately under a new name. Good luck.

There’s a manual installer for Vegas 10 and above.
