Is this the original recording or an export of it?
Might be worth checking the original recording if the Mic pops are just on one of the stereo tracks, I have encountered this before where the left channel is clean audio and the right channel is static and crackles. If this is the case then just copy paste the clean audio onto both sides. -

Using Handbrake to convert it to a constant frame rate has fixed the problem.
