Maybe you should ask at the Shake forum:

Here are some AE 3D reflections:

Or if you want 2D in AE, use Corner Pin on a duplicate layer with reduced opacity.

“but will it work if I try to take from the same footage two different ins and outs?”
If I’m understanding you correctly, you can. Just drop the footage into the comp, then duplicate it (Ctrl D) as many time as you want “different ins and outs”. Then trim those layers in and out points (Alt [, Alt ]). Now if you select all the duplicate layers with different in and out points you can precompose those. You will now have that original footage with gaps, which I’m assuming is what you want. You might get an overlapping sound if some layers overlap, but I don’t know why you’d want them to overlap.
Is that what you want?

Select the text layer that has the preset applied to it, then hit “UU”” and anything done to the layer will be revealed.
Now you can slide the ending keyframes to the right. And for Tracking in this case you need to select the middle keyframes and change them to Roving keyframes to keep the timing proportional (see HELP file).
OR
Just Time stretch the layer with Layer>Time Stretch.

Maybe if you could post the image, no?

Here are two scripts that will do what you want:

And I think this also works, from CRGreen:

Here is a link to two scripts that will tie a mask to track points:

Even though it’s 2D, I think you might be able to fake it with particle playground and a custom particle and a mask.
If you draw a closed mask the shape you cube and set that as the Wall>Boundary>Mask 1.
Then choose you custom particle as, Layer Map>Use player
Then your custom particles will bounce around inside that rectangular mask.
Now is you animate the mask shape over time to match the outline of the cube (and maybe alittle visual masking on top of it all, depending on if sides are showing or overhanging), you can make it look like the particles are contained inside the cube. They won’t be bouncing exactly right, but if there are enough particles the illusion might hold.

What you want to do is not beginning stuff, but here’s some info.
The arrow graphics are not my forte, maybe someone else will chime in, but for the flythough of roto-ed clips check out this by John Dickinson:

Note: There’s a pause where they lost the connection around the 16 to 18 min mark, so let it play. Also I got a lot of black frames the first time through, clcik pause, then Play and then the recoring poped back on for me. What you want, the camera control and the timing of clips, is near the end at 38 minutes in, the whole thing is almost 60 minutes.
Here’s the promo and a link to the camera setup:
