andrew and dave i already done this but the animation jump to the frame 15 in fact there is a pause between the frames but the animation jump to the next frame i dont understand

i convert the file but this is impossible to import cause the format is wide screen i have to convert all the files to square format !?

my compostion has the same size of the other composition why
