how can i made a dvd with menu and chapters and subs using a xvid or divx movie !? there a tutorial that explains how to do that!?

If you mean a DVD-Video disc with DivX instead of MPEG, the answer is that you can’t. The DVD specification only allows MPEG-2 and MPEG-1 video with very specific parameters.
If you want to use DivX or Xvid video as a source in Encore, I would recommend to convert it either to DV AVI or a DVD compliant MPEG-2 file before importing in Encore. And preferably do the conversion on a different computer as having DivX and similar codecs installed can cause problems in Encore.
