You might wanna try craigslist. You may find someone who is gracious enough to help out but this forum is more directed towards helping you problem solve issues and techniques not straight up creating graphics for somebody.

This is most likely real flow or a 3D application utilizing fluid simulations. It is possible that it could be very well manipulated and placed stock footage of slow motion water but I’m almost positive this is Real Flow.
I suggest brushing up on the fluid dynamics of whatever 3D application you use .

Duplicate the white bar as is, don’t do anything to it. Then move it above your ‘world’ layer in AE, select the world layer and change your modes so you can see your track mattes (switch between blending mode view and track matte view) change it so that the world layers track matte is set to alpha matte ‘white bar layer’. When you do this it will automatically turn off the eyeball for the duplicated white bar layer as you don’t need it to be visible since you only need it’s alpha channel to reveal the world layer. Now when you playback the animation the white bar should slide in and when it gets to the end it will “reveal the world” just like you’re looking for.

It does seem like the characters were done in 3D, with the depth and perspective changes I would say they were designed in 3D, however I’ve been wrong before (I’m usually wrong actually). The rest of the elements could have been designed in Cinema but I could see you getting away with developing those assets in PS and animating them in AE. A lot of the elements besides the characters just drop in or rise up, their perspective does not really change so they could very well be 2D elements designed to look 3D. It’s like when you design a cube in Photoshop then bring it into AE, duplicate it and stack them up on each other, it looks as if it’s 3D even when it’s animated but it’s actually 2D.

“I just try to modify the hundreds that come with AE. What more could you want that isn’t already there?”
There is plenty more you could want than the 1995 Text Animation preset library Adobe has had for years. These templates are good jumping off points to make your own custom animation presets but that’s about it. A lot of them just look plain terrible, I mean awful, but we all know this. I’m surprised there are not more resources out there to get presets besides Adobe’s gallery which is also lackluster in what it offers for animation presets.

This is an extremely common TRENDY effect, so much so that plug ins have been developed to emulate the effect. It’s just the process of splitting the color channels of your image/video source and then displacing them on the x axis. Videocopilot makes a good plugin that can emulate this as well as other twitchy looks https://www.videocopilot.net/products/twitch/features/ . But if you just make two layers of your video footage one with a green color channel and the other with a blue and then animate their positions on the x axis SLIGHTLY , you should only need them to separate or move away from each other by about 50-200px or so. Make it jumpy and quick and maybe add in a glow and you’ll have the same effect. It’s ALL ABOUT experimentation.
hope this helps

Its funny I was thinking about this just today which is really random. I remember seeing it in a tutorial a long time ago and I remembered today that I need to find it because when you think about it, thats a really important feature. I believe you hold alt and select all the key frames then drag out the keyframes with the first in point or the last outpoint.

thanks very much this helped me understand how to utilize the pen tool for specific “flowy” shapes, I appreciate it.

really what I want to know is what tool would you use to get that flow of the shape, I tried the pen tool but it was so hard to make the curves flow perfectly and then converge on a straight point.
thanks
