You need to create two different files via Compressor. One for video and one for audio. Your best bet is to select one of the folders titled “DVD: Best Quality xx minutes” for the appropriate length. Once you get those two files you can import them into the Assets tab within DVDSP. they can then be dragged on to a track with DVDSP.

Thanks, Shane. Kind of what I figured but I thought some people might have some inside knowledge. The only Panasonic reader I find online is for about $340. do you have a model number on that?

It only seems to be an issue with italicized text (which is almost all of it). Is that normal?

thanks for all the great info.
one question…it looks like XDCam transfer v2.12 is only for 10.58 or later. I installed 2.10. any problems with this?

forgot to add. I’m running 10.4.11 with the 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM.
