    Hi all,

thanks a lot for the input.

  • Hi Lemmur,

this sound like a great solution. But somehow it does not work here. The Option “Beak out to mono clips” is not highlighted in the menu, when I select the 5.1 clip.

Has anybody an idea, how I could get this don e?

    Thanks

    Ah,

sorry, I see it is not possible to edit the posting once it is submitted.

    Ok,

    here is the secon question:

I need to import some footage from a DV tape to the project (10Bit Decklink Blackmagic 4:2:2). Can I capture it via Firewire and then render it as 10 Bit Decklink? Or ist it even possible to have mixed formats within one project? Ot would it be the best to capture it with Decklink vie Component In?

    Thanks

    Hi Adrian,

thanks for the reply. I think that is a good idea. The project file had become very big (21 MB), now I tidied up a bit and brought it down to some 8 MB. Hope it will be running more stable now.

    Cheers

    Hi,

I got the same problem, though I need channels 2 and 3 which makes it even a bit more complicated.

I found a workaround with Premiere but it is quite complicated.

Apply the channel / volume filter to the 5.1. audio track. There you can eliminate those channels you don

    Hi,

we are having the same problem over here in Hamburg / Germany, though using Adobe Premiere on a Windows platform.
Were using Sony J30SDI. Changing Monitor output to 3/4 will do no good, because the card (Decklink Extreme)will get sound via SDI signal.
The strange thing is, via the Deck Link Capture Tool, we can choose Channels 3+4 and will get the signal. But it generates .movs and is kind of akward to work with.
    Within Premiere anyway we can
