Thanks guys… I’m aware of using the size but because I would like to add an expression/Slider to it so one can adjust the size of the shape, say in premiere pro or something, then this method doesn’t really work for me. Graham your tut is still helpful as I have always run into that issue and have had to redraw my shape. Thanks for the responses nonetheless.

I’m not good at these explanations but I’ll try my best so if you still need this or for anyone else who maybe having the same issue. So you need to twirl down to the “Text” option in you text layer. Once there you will see a small button to the right with “Animate” next to it. Click on that and select “Fill Color —-> RGB”. Then you can use the “Range Selector 1” to determine where you want you new color to start and stop (using the START and END options). Also you can twirl down further into “ADVANCE” and use the “Smoothness” to prevent the color from over lapping onto other characters in your text. Hope that makes sense. ?

Thanks for your reply Andy… I did copy the link with the current time but seems that pasting here caused it to just start from the beginning for some reason… But yes you are correct about what I’m looking to do. I have tried your suggestion but because the text is gonna change (I am creating a template) that would cause many issues for anyone who is gonna change it. Spacing issues etc. I do appreciate your reply and it would have been perfect if the text was always gonna remain the same… Also you’re never too old for TikTok, just depends on how you use it. ????
If anyone else can help with maybe expressions or something. Id appreciate that.
