  • Hi Ronald,

All I can say is thank you so much for all your help. You have done as much as you can, replying every single post, and changing links personally, and I really appreciate it. Caches work in mysterious ways sometimes, so maybe in a few days right link will show up in my end…

    You have very helpful!

  • Hi Ronald,

Thanks for your message. I waited 1 day to reply to see if it was a cache issue, since yesterday still the old/wrong reel appeared in my profile using the 3 browsers: safari, firefox and chrome. I am afraid today after cleaning the 3 browsers still the wrong reel shows up!

  • Hi Ronald,

Thanks so much for your reply. Actually the wrong demo reel remains in my profile page. No sure where you got the link you have sent me which is the right demo reel.

Attached are the screen shots I just took of the pages I get to, with the wrong demo reel, following this path:
Profile (top right, next to settings and account) —>
Click my name (top left next to my photo) —>
Services offered page, scrolling down: wrong demo reel (1st screen shot). Page where I tried to modify it unsuccessfully (2nd screen shot)

Hey Roei, thank you for your response, but the copy-paste is not the problem, I wish! I am very experience with AE, but I’m just learning about Illustrator. So, when I paste the mask in Illustrator from AE, first it goes away as soon as I click away from the artboard, and if I don’t do that and I save it as ai project, when I import it to AE and add it to the comp I’m working on, it appears as an empty layer. I’m sure is pretty simple solution, but I haven’t found it yet. Any suggestion very welcome.

  • Hi Martin,

Thanks a lot for your response. The movie file is 7Gb and the drive have 508.81Gb available… As I mentioned before I tried to copy larger files than that: folders and mov files and no problem, it´s just with this particular mov file I get that window, and nothing is different from this mov files than anothers as far as I know. I just exported it from FCP with the the Time Code fx, that´s the only difference compared to other mov files.

    Any additional thoughts?

    thanks a lot,

    saludos,

    Mercedes
