Thanks guys. Someone on another forum suggested that I remove AGV and that worked. No issues rendering now. (I installed an anti virus from microsoft)

I changed the field to none. Now when I render, my footage has a couple inches of black border all around it.
my settings were:
mov
custom settings
1920 x 1080
24fps
None (field order)
pixel ratio 1.000
compression depth 24bpp color
quality, high
under project, best quality.

I am new to HD. I now hate HD. I need to render this footage in the highest quality to send to my friend who will be putting opening credits into it. Could someone please walk me through the settings I should use. He uses a mac if that makes a difference in settings.

I shall try this, thank you. this is my first time dealing with HD so I’m just clicking things here and there and seeing what happens. Lower field first was already checked.
