Cory, I also thought of an installation like this.
If you want to use time displacement to have 6 streams out of one footage, I suppose you understand that there must be no moving people or animals in your footage.
    Otherwise it will look strange.

I finally decided to use one fullHD camera then divide on 2 screens.

In any case it will be very interesting for me to know the results of your tests.

    Not at all, Ty.

What I need is a simple SOFTWARE that plays an audio file and outputs MIDI timecode through any USB-MIDI interface (e.g . MidiSport).

    Thanks Walter,

I contacted Technovision – they seem to make exactly what I need. CF HD players, sychronisable up to 40! As for the sync accuracy, I will order a couple and test’em.

    Hi Thomas!
My task is to run 5 videostreams in perfect sync between each other(this will be panoramic video).

I look for a simle way to do it. Don’t propose Catalyst – it’s too complicated for museum people to operate.
This must be something very easy to turn on and off. That’s why I’m looking at synced players.

IT must not nesessary be DVD players! This will be a museum installation. Any possible player that can output video – maybe hard disc player – will do.

I know Pioneer pro DVDs are used for such purposes. Maybe there’s already something new on the market?

    Thanks, Randy.

But what exactly shall I do after dropping all geometry into HyperNurbs?
I’m not so familiar with it, sorry.

They’re all separeted of course. Mostly extruded nurbs. i’d be fool to model text objects ))

To chamfer every edge is not the issue for me, I’m sure there is some way to chamfer all objects at one time.

I didn’t use textures, just shapes. How can I make shapes look more used?

Maybe it was too much to say 200F, I don’t know exactly.
There’s a film cooler, but it’s reaaly hot inside sometimes. So I trusted our chinese suppliers – they said they use high temperature proof film.
Kodak Duraclear was ok, never burnt.
