It’s a great plug-in — I can definately endorse it.

Worth MUCH more than it’s $10 price tag.

Yes, screen capture it with Snapz Pro X as mentioned above.

It works VERY well.

You can Google Mpeg Streamclip — it’s a Free program and will take convert the footage for you.

With the setting set to highest, can one expect any adverse effects to the computer (eg. G5 2.0), ie, strain on the processor, etc.

SnapzProx is a fantastic screen-capture product, and I can’t recommend it highly enough – the QT files integrate perfectly with FCP.
