Hi Dan.
Glad you’re up and running.
The tool tip problem only happens on some systems.
For some reason, our tool tips (and we have a lot of them)
can take a long time for the system to process.On most systems, they’re prepared in the blink of an eye.
We’re still looking for a solution.Let us know if you have any other questions.

There was indeed a bug with PA, the Comp camera, and motion blur.

Hi Stephen.
It seems we have a bug when the object filename extension (.3DS, .OBJ, etc.) is in caps.
If you make the file extension lowercase, you should be able to import the .3ds and .obj versions.

Can you tell me which version of ProAnimator or 3D Invigorator you’re running?
Also, you mention that you’re getting “the following error” — what is the error message you’re getting?

Do you have a few steps we can follow in order to see the problems you’re describing?
As we develop the product, we try to squash any bugs (especially instability bugs and crashes)
as soon as we hear of them.Brent, it looks like you’re using the ProAnimator plug-in for After Effects. Are you running CS4 or CS5?

I’d suggest using your favorite search engine to seek out a 3D export plug-in.
I Googled: “solidworks 3d export”
There seem to be a number of them. Some are free.
Exporting to 3DS or OBJ or DXF should work.Matt Rhodes
