    Hi Charlie.

Could you send me your project? I’d be happy to take a look.

Let me know which buttons/keys to press to demonstrate the problem you’re seeing.

    Send files to: matt@zaxwerks.com

    Hi Dave.

First step: Do you have any AE lights in your Comp?

If so, we’ll have to investigate this further.

    Hi Global.

Are rendering with the Invigorator Renderer or the Hi-Quality GL Renderer?
You can check this in the Camera tab below the 3D preview in the Set-Up window.

Wireframe rendering isn’t supported in the Hi-Q GL Renderer.
Make sure you’re using the Invigorator Renderer.

If you’d like for me to take a look at your project, you can send it to: matt@zaxwerks.com

    Hi wilder212.

If you could send me your file (just the .aep) and tell me which layer
you’re trying to copy, I’d like to take a look.

I may be able to send you a pre-release version with a fix.

    Send your file to: matt@zaxwerks.com

    Thanks a lot.

August 1, 2006 at 3:48 pm in reply to: 3D flag and 3D space

    Hi Dan.

3D Flag is as 3D as the Invigorator. You can fly cameras around the flags and create flags of any size.
You can even use transparent image maps to create flags with non-rectangular shapes.

The only aspect of 3D Flag that is still 2D is the flag poles. They’re 2D images that sit in 3D space (which works in most cases).

If you have more specific questions, feel free to ask them here.

    Hi Airkogan.

If you can send me the file (matt@zaxwerks.com) or make it available somewhere,
I can see where the import process is failing. If it’s something easy to fix, I may

Otherwise, you may be able to import it into another 3D application and then export
it into another Zaxwerks-supported format from there.

    Hi Jim/Vinnie.

    Please email me offline (matt@zaxwerks.com).

We’ve done some work on how edited text is re-inserted into a scene
and I may be able to get you a pre-release fix for your problem.

    Thanks.
