What I am hearing from the engineer that handles this is that AJA changed the way they handle reporting the version number with the new driver.
We expect this to be updated on our end to fix the problem in the near future.

I’ve never seen this error before so I’m just trying to gather as much information as possible so I can help you resolve the issue.
how long is the clip you are applying Boris too? Does it happen on all clips? Can you post a screen shot of the error?

Does it come up when you apply the filter or when you try to launch the Boris interface?
It says “the effect is too large for Vegas”?

First thing to do is update to red 4.3 on the borisfx update page.
How are you importing it? If upgrading does not help can you please send me the EPS file.

What Theo is describing is text with Boris Red or Boris Graffiti. Two products separate from BCC. Unfortunately with BCC Extruded text you are not going to get manipulation of individual characters on one filter instance.

I think so but I’m not 100% sure. I don’t have access to an installer right now.
Just run the installer and see if it allows you to install Marquee.
