You don’t need to have PluralEyes. Premier has a built-in functionality to sync using audio

There are instructions here under the header “Synchronize clips in the Timeline panel “

Thanks Ann! I didn’t know if there was a method to do that – I guess there may not be. Thanks!

Wow I never knew about the program-specific controls in volume mixer – that’s so great!

  • This is awesome! Thanks y’all! At first, when using Dan’s latest script there, I was having an issue with the box not aligning properly to the center of the text, and then I set my Rectangle anchor point to 0,0 and all was perfect with the world.

Of course, my text and box are centered absolute in the comp, so that may not be helpful to other purposes.

    Thanks for the awesome scripting!

  • Same here!

  • Of course, the looping function would best be achieved through whatever media player your TV uses.

But, since you’re asking about Premiere…

My best guess for the “looping” function you’re seeking is finalize your Sequence edits, then nest your Sequence into a new one, and duplicate your edited Sequence however many times you want the video to run.

So, you have your edited Sequence – let’s call it “Final Edit” Sequence. Then, you create a new blank Sequence – let’s call it “Looping” Sequence. Drag your “Final Edit” Sequence into “Looping” Sequence. You’ll see “Final Edit” Sequence in the “Looping” Sequence timeline. Then, just copy and paste “Final Edit” Sequence. Keep going for as many times as you’d like the video to loop.

Of course, this is not an elegant solution. Id say figure out the media player on the TV

    Thanks, both of you!

The “Reveal in Explorer” option or “Properties” info and then searching in the Project based on that seems to be the best way for what I’ve got going on. More cumbersome that I would like, but it does work.

@Paul Newman I am not too familiar with the Prelude workflow, though I do know that the benefits are pretty great. Do you happen to know if it’s feasible to use Prelude once you’ve already categorized within a Premiere Project?

    Thanks!

  • Dan’s script works great!

I’m wondering how one might apply that to all keyframes or particular keyframes?

  • The copy and paste doesn’t work for transitions… 10.0.6
