Thanks, and the receptionist at Boris was very nice to me on the phone. She explained to me that the old number is the correct number (800-922-3220), but that they have a lot of backlogged stuff, as the transition only occurred last October.

Anyway, a little forebearance may go a long way here – Do wish Boris all the luck in the world as they endeavor to keep Media 100 alive and well.
