Now That Boris Has Aquired Media 100
I’m only getting their voice mail when I call in. . .any one have an idea how long this situation is going to last?

Which number did you try? As far as I know they now use 888-77-BORIS (772-6747), as it is said on the “contact us” page…

She explained to me that the old number is the correct number (800-922-3220), but that they have a lot of backlogged stuff, as the transition only occurred last October.
Anyway, a little forebearance may go a long way here – Do wish Boris all the luck in the world as they endeavor to keep Media 100 alive and well.
