Vishesh is right. Try to switch off all other title layers and see what happens…Some other “Title” layer (1, 2, 3 or 5) is a culprit.

Can you duplicate layer and use Track Matte for reflective surface only? That should leave edges as they are.

Why not use vector elements (logo, text, background, only people as PNG, maybe evn GIF in native resolution, not scaled in AE), turn off motion blur and effects, then export as SWF? Shouldn’t be over 50kB that way…

…or you can use Psunamy layer as a Displacement map.

You CAN NOT use Add, Lighten or Screen to generate Alpha and render with Alpha. All blending modes needs underlying layer.
Luma Key and Unmult, however, are different story 🙂
