It actually was a permission issue. I repaired the permissions and it worked. ALso I went to Resolve Prefs and turns the WAVE off and ON again. THanks for your help.

THe thing is that for now, Thunderbolt expansion chassis don’t work with graphics cards. Resolve has very specific GFX card requirements. Until somebody solves this problem or Apple allows Thunderbolt GFX I don’t think this is a good solution.

Well, if you think you would have fun doing it go ahead. Give it a shot and if it really doesn’t get where you want ask for help. If you really feel it’s a pain after trying to do it yourself just hire somebody, it’s event gonna be easier for you to communicate what you want once you’ve played with the tools.

I used the Ultrastudio 3D on a Mac Mini with Wirecast to stream to Ustream without a glitch. Haven’t tried to record but it must be up to the CPUs and drives.

Where do you want to stream? On the web, on a network, on a tv?
If your Pana cam has SDI you have to conver it to HDMI to feed the Atem Television Studio as it only has HDMI in.
