I too note that mov doesn’t render above 3 Mbps. But these days when I render to MP4, Youtube tells me to change it to mov? SO how to get Movie Studio Platinum 12 to render movs to a reasonable 1920×1080 format?

That doesn’t help either. I have QT Pro and AIC mov files on my PC, but not even QT Pro will open them right. I get a blank screen and sent to https://www.apple.com/quicktime/resources/components.html?os=Windows&ctype=696d6463&csubtype=69636f64 – which doesn’t offer any help.
