Because you haven’t heard of it doesn’t happen? How did it happen? Did I unconsciously put the files in the trash myself?

    Thanks, Mark

Nothing came into the new FCP, I have one empty project and that is it, i had 20 old projects. i think it was the fact that when updating FCP, it asked for a drive that has crashed and was no longer available, so the update stopped part way, now I have no projects. Very frustrating!

    Thanks, Mark

    Thanks but no,

I selected update all projects, and now have none.

    Thanks, Mark

  • [Michael Szalapski] “What version of AE do you have? If you are using CC or CC 2014, you can get full reflectivity and more with Cinema 4D.

    Michael,

    Thanks for the info.
I would get CC if I could make this work. Cinema 4D comes with AE? i had CC but never saw Cinema 4D?

Are there any tutorials you recommend for this?

    Thanks, Mark

AE is very inefficient! A clunky piece of crap you might say.

try cloning a clip in the same location for 12 frames using -1 frame for the source, you will see how pathetic it is. Adobe has been focused on features for the last few years, ignoring performance! Very frustrating especially on the MAC. Lets hope the New Mac Pro changes this, primer seems to be making headway, now how about AE Adobe?

    Thanks, Mark

  • Thanks Bobby Yarsulik!

    Thanks, Mark

  • This seemed to help me but only for a few minutes, it then started dropping out again. I hate adobe, there coding is very low quality, AE was buggy for so long on the mac now this. This is confirming my switch back to FCP.

    Thanks, Mark

Funny how there is so much miss information here.

Yes you can rotate the canvas! I was teaching someone Photoshop and they kept rotating the canvas by accident so i searched and found this post. Thanks for the accurate information!

There seems to be a rotate tool in the tool bar as well. Holding shift snaps to even increments.

    Thanks, Mark
