hi and thnx for the reply…but yea I guess so…I do not see any export to flash option available. I have looked in my Library/Quicktime and no flv or anything that looks like flash component in there. I have searched the web and cannot find a flv component to place in my Library/QuickTime folder. How did you get that component in yours? Do you have squeeze? or some other conversion plugin?

Hey thnx for the quick reply…I guess I should have mentioned that we do have a AJA IO LA, so we can master to Beta…Just now I tested a SD seq from FCP w/the HD footage inside(I Had to render long time LOL) but it seems to work…now it looks ok but do you think this way would be fine for broadcast?

Will you post your results? I would like to know how the looks. Also, could you master the SD seq to Beta?

ok thnx Zane…so if I nest the HD seq in a SD timeline will there be any major problems with mastering to tape? quality issues? How will the SD version look? Will the SD have a letterbox? We backUp all our programs to betaSP and use a AJA io la for that. I am just trying to be prepared for any problems that will popup.
