I’ve been deleting all my cache and preview files at least twice a day to combat all the crashes I seem to be having while exporting. Should I be deleting the ims files as well?

Crashing on exports seems to happen during H.264 ,Pro Res or any format really.
Source footage ranges from Sony EX, Canon mp4, Go Pro , GH4, Pro Res , C100, C300.

I get the same random frames while exporting to H.264 from FCP.
I have OSC 10.5.4 on a new 8 Core with 16 g of ram running the latest FCP software.
I tried purging all the render files and trashed the prefs.

Do you have “Pixel Aspect Ratio Correction” on? That will make images in a DV comp look ragged.
