Some time ago Intel and Samsung were good options by some users on mac.
I use Samsung Pro models myself.
Some other makers ssd had a lot of fails with mac.

What os ?
SSD is more OS based than Resolve based.
If ssd works with your os and machine good i see no reason it would not work with Resolve.
Look in google about your os and machine combination for suitability.

Depends what is your output. Maybe you would leave final premiere out.

Specially loved the point where real time was brought up what is really big deal.

It really depend on the clients taste imo.
You could key out back and and have it more peachy and leave some skin tone etc intact and
have just some of the peach overlaid gently.It seems question of taste not tech here ?

But when it would work super fast should we care ?
Time will tell but there may be good thing coming as Apple tends to optimise its
tech as on consumer devices.Less heat more efficiency.
