i have seen something similar when playing your 1080p timeline in 720p preset or
totally custom PAL setup.

Maybe this is similar case?

in v10 it should be relatively easy to organise stuff even on one timeline.

Ligthspace makes one for example.

You could ask Steve from LS.

I do have one with my client but i’m not there so i could not check.

LS CMS definitely makes them and converts.

They are just asking for the workflow so to say and in this case it is your work
so they could tweak it later and not paying you.

Here we also deliver product not the tools or workflow to execute it.

But sure it would help to explain it before hand.

I agree with Sascha that it is already there in the lines, no more pay for you is the goal here.
