I am going to export it to an AVi with an alpha channel, then later convert it to an FLV with alpha

Just a note:

I didn’t make an alpha mask in After effects. What I did was import a PNG sequence with an Alpha channel. When I switch over to the alpha channel to see if it is there, it is. My exporting options just arent the same as his though.

There isn’t much of an explanation for exporting the final as a PNG sequence. But what you said to do is to export it as a movie and then bring it into a comp program and export it from there as a PNG sequence…I was just wondering, what is a format that provides really high quality images during the movie as well as an alpha channel to export as PNG sequence.

But is there any way to possibly do that looping so that I can export it as a PNG sequence with alpha?

Don’t all FLV have the timeline controls on the bottom though? Or can it be controlled the same way that a movieclip/graphic in flash is controled…

Would this work when making a website…I want these effects to overlay my website, but can FLV’s just be played overtop of a site or do it have to have that stupid frame and play controls?
