What settings do you use in AE to render?

Does your dvd recorder put a menu to it…I got a sony and it puts a menu to it when it finalizes the burn…Do you know what I can do!!

Thats what I was triing to do…I have projects that are over 1 hour and 30 min so the traditional consumer mini-dv tapes only go up to a max of 1 hour and 30 minutes…do you know where I could get longer tapes…thanks for your help!

Please help/….I got a dvd recorder and it is not recognizing the fcp print to tape…how do i do this…i was using a firewire cable should i use a different connection from apple computer to dvd recoreder!!!

What preset do you mean…i did not compress it when i sent it to FCP and it was out of focus or blurry…please help if you can, Thanks

Do you mean, just a regular dvd recorder that you can get at Best Buy or so on! What quality should I look for when buying a dvd recorder to get just as good as quality as doing it the way through DVD Studio Pro and a Computer Burner. Also if I export the movie out of the S-Video will it do sound and audio…I didnt think so…Do I need to get one of those splitters also? Please let me know asap!!Thanks for your help!
