ive tried doing that with 3d stroke and a combination of vector blurs…3d stroke also from trapcode…maybe u can combine it with particular…cheers…merv

hi…im sorry…when i say ‘pos’ i actually mean the picture…lets say u have a picture that is 1000 by 500…then u need a matte that is the same value that is 1000 by 500…the picture is in the bottom layer and the matte is in the top layer…in the picture layer, select luma matte and the name of your matte…that way your picture is attached to your matte…now resize your matte smaller then resize your picture bigger or smaller and u have what u want i think…but if u parent your matte to your picture…what ever size u make your picture, your matte will follow in relation…i hope its what u wanted…cheers…merv…

hi …i think u can do that by not parenting your matt layer to your pos…that way your matt stays the same size as u scale your pos…cheers…merv

try placing the background clip below the blue screen clip and then key the blue screen clip(top)…it should work…cheers…merv…
