I would do all basic cuts first then go back and add any transitions, effects or color grading to the project.</p>

I would double check the format of the external drive just to be sure.  It does seem it is formatted for apple when I searched them.  One thing I have read is that AFPS can start to cause some read speed&hellip;</p>

Wheel of death and issues with some plugins.  I had only recently upgraded to Ventura on my m1 studio.   So far Sonoma is working better for me.</p>

Although, these remind me of the liquid effect in Photoshop.  I did a few things in Photoshop extended CS6 but nothing this elaborate.  It could be done but would be a lot of work.</p>
