    Hi all –

Does anyone know of a plugin or standalone app that can create video file of an oscilloscope trace from an audio file? If I were doing this in the real world, I’d connect the output of an audio player to the scope’s input, and film it while playing the audio file into the scope.

Just wondering if there’s a soft equivalent?

    Thanks!

I am not near my computer so can’t check but Borisfx has beat reactor. Not sure if it does an oscilloscope.

Thanks Kirk – i’ll look into that. honestly from my googling it seems like it might be easier to buy a old scope and do it manually, lol

    Echo Kirk on BorisFX.

There are several YouTube tutorials floating around.

But you also have a walk-through on BorisFX website, where they have various options, including a 1-month subscription.
