    thank you so much! It was a bit confusing: I’ve received two files “proxyfiles” the one containing files as on the screenshot I used before and also “rawfootage” which looks like below:

    I could bring files using media browser, but error message appears:

    Would it be best now to transcode the files to use in Premiere, and what codec/format should I use (there is quite a lot of material, it’s a short film, school project). The “rawfootage’ is recorded in 4k (F55 raw sq) 24 fps. The “proxyfootage” is XAVC Mpeg4. Should I now best transcode the “rawfootage” files using Resolve to HD, Quicktime, H.264 for Premiere or another codec would be better? Any watchouts (probably lots 🙂
