Hi Dave,

Well, I’m writing to a 2TB drive, with about 300 GB left.
I’m only trying to transcode one file at a time right now, so would 2 or 3 gigs make that big of a difference?

Also, I’ve been trying to, as a test, save files directly to my hard drive, and that’s 200 GB with 60 GB free.

However, since you asked, I just tried writing two files to a completely empty drive. 🙂 No dice.

Really always the last thing you try, isn’t it? 🙂

Unfortunately, I now seem to be getting that “3x” error on every single clip I submit in Compressor. I’ve tried shutting down all drives and applications, restarting the computer, using a droplet, nothing. It looks like this is a pretty common problem, but one without an agreed-upon answer. Any ideas?
