Hi John… thanks for your time looking into this for me. I tried to open the AE file and get a message a file is missing (I’m assuming the jpg) I tried importing the image into the project off my harddrive but can’t figure out how to get it to show in your project. Suggestion?

Thanks again, as always, for all your help…

Thanks for your reply… Here is a still from the video. I need to remove the white lettering. He climbs upward in the 5 sec clip… his body does some twisting… I’ve been trying to animate a mask filled from a photoshopped still (Clean Plate) but not having much luck.

I tried the Keying> Extract mentioned but can’t get it to work well…

    Thanks for any input…

    Todd…
Can you suggest the way to animate the Smoothness property to 0% at the edit points? I’m using Premiere CS6

OK.. tried clicking on Media Encoder icon while holding down Alt-Shift, and Alt-Shift-Control… Nothing happens…

I’m guessing my only course of action at this point is to uninstall – re-install Media Encoder… anyone certain as to whether this require Re-installing Premiere or just Media Encoder

There has been alot written about using GPU’s not officially on the Adobe List for CUDA acceleration in Premiere… does this work for After Effects as well?

    Greetings Kevin,

Try plugging in the USB2 drive into a different USB port. Right click on computer and select manage. Then select Device Manager on the left. Expand Disk Drives. Then double click on the USB2 drive. Select the Write Caching policy. Select optimize for performance.

I’m using Windows 7. The External HD is USB 2.0, formatted NTFS.
I’m not sure what “Mac Drive” is.

I have some PC build questions… can you email me?

That seems to work… Thanks!!! Any idea why it wouldn’t record to the external 5400rpm drive?

Also, Eric, do you have any expertise in PC Builds for Video Editing?
