Unfortunately, we have a limited staff and are under time pressure to get new features implemented and tested. We have a list of priorities based on what our users request, and we do what we feel we can accomplish to move Premiere Pro forward.
This is a popular feature from FCP users that will probably be implemented sooner or later. If you add your voice to a feature request, it might be sooner rather than later.

P.S. One cool FCP style addition to Premiere Pro CS6 is to Shift+Option+Drag to duplicate a clip directly over the original. You can also Option+Drag to copy a clip to another part of the Timeline. So you see, we are implementing a number of FCP style features for users like yourself. More will be coming.

You have to go and enable the audio tracks before editing a multicam sequence.Workflow is a bit different than CS5/CS5.5.

1. If you are using the FCP keyboard shortcuts, simply use Shift+Z as you did in FCP. Works here.
2. If you are using a 2 finger movement for vertical movement in the Timeline, this works as expected in Premiere Pro CS6. If you are using Premiere Pro CS5.5, and earlier, make sure the pointer is hovering over the scroll bars before you move your fingers.Kevin Monahan

Very subjective, but my MBP is a Corei7, 8GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 330M. With 4K footage, I need to drop resolution to 1/8 for zero dropped frames on playback and for editing.
At 1/4, I drop frames too much, so that it wouldn’t be suitable for editing. YMMV with your system and the AMD card. I suggest giving the trial a spin with your footage and your computer.

Sorry, there is no automatic audio/video synching function in Premiere Pro CS6.
You can sync audio and video together in a plug-in available for Premiere Pro CS6 called, “Plural Eyes.”
