Buy Cineform Connect HD ($199, Google Cineform). Convert your m2t (or other type of files) file to Cineform put it on Vegas timeline. EDit it, the you can render the cineform timeline to anything Vegas allows, including ntsc DVD and HD, or m2t back to tape.
I have done it many times. The result is unbelievable both in HD and SD.

Can you capture using an other firewire camera?
I used a JVC HD100 and the firewire connection burned on it. I had send it back to JVC they fixed it free. (The HD100 has a tandency to cook the firewire connection and circuit if you are not careful how you plug it in).

The text below is from the “Intensity” (Black Magic) website. Premier will support this card. Why can’i Sony V7. Let’s email Sony.
Does anyone know where to email Sony so it will get to the right persons? thanks. JKIntensity uses full resolution HDTV which is a massive 1920 x 1080 pixels for every video frame. HDV only uses 1440 pixels wide due to the limitations of the small cassette tapes used, and the FireWire speeds build into the cameras. However new cameras being released such as the Sony HDR-HC3 with built in HDMI video output, allow access the raw uncompressed video from the CCD directly. That provides incredible quality. Or if you’re capturing off HDV tape, you can still enjoy editing video in full resolution, so your graphics and effects look sharp, because only uncompressed video eliminates the horizontal scaling that

I did capture from hd100 using V7. First make sure your JVC is in the VCR mode. When you first turn the hd100 on, it comes on in the camera mode. You have to press a small botton that is under the LCD panel to trigger it into VCR mode (and also make sure that it is in the HD mode). Make sure also that you can play the tape manually.
Then fire up V7. Set File/Preferences to HD 720p 25 frames then change frame rate 23.097 frames per second. Go to capture, chose HD in the window. A JVC camera should show in the capture window and the camera controls should be active. Hit capture. An other choice is to buy Cineform “Connect” HD ($199). That software will allow you to capture from hd100, m2t and cineform files simultaniously. Then, you can edit the Cineform files as any DV footage. However, the cineform files contain ALL the HD information. SO, after editing you can render it to any HD or other format V7 allows you to do. Including JVC’s M2t form.

I use the JVC HD100 wiht CineForm (Connect HD from CineForm; $199). Make sure when you capture or convert from the JVC HD100, it has the 24P setting and no rate or convert changes in the CineForm Preference Menu.
Then go Sony Vegas 6 – to File – Properities and set TAMPLET to
HDV-720-25P, then manually change the 25P to 24P. Then set Frame Rate to 23.976 (IVTC Film) and APPLY.
You can impoort your CineForm files and edit.
When you want to render it back to M2T go Render MPG2 and change the special setting to GOP6 and 24P. Similar to print it to Tape. Go to Tools and print to HDV tape.JK

Hi Edward, Often irregular hart problems are due to lack of Selenium in your diet (at least 200 Mgm per day needed). I would suggest you take selenium supplement reguarly. My nephew had irregular hart beat and other “funny” stuff with his hart. He was in the hospital also. Then he started to take selenium and the problems stopped, now for about 3 years – no symptoms.
Also, search “Dr. Joel D. Wallach”
