Great thanks for link – I wonder since my original post’s video is simply shot against an outdoor wall with no transparency, alpha, how would one app this FX? And would one simply reduce the amount of particles to make it match my original post’s video?

Thanks for reply – this time it’s just for me to keep a bluray of a decent HD video I shot/edited. Just wondered if DVD and Bluray were the same re: audio levels. It’s mostly HD shots over a music track. So between -10 and -6, I take it is fine?

Was told correctly by Tom W to turn on the Alpha in FCP by right clicking in the item properties tab and changing from none to straight or black or white, whichever I need and it works now…

Been shooting with the EX1R for about a month now – very nice…I do wish it was 4.2.2 and higher MB but it is a good camera.

Now if companies could only make a 1″ censor with 20x lens and 100mbs or better for under $7000 I’d be very happy. And of course mega-life 64 or 120 GB solid state cards for under $100 each. But years from now obviously, if at all.
