Thanks Doug, that makes life easier.
However, on my camA, where I have my 2 main audio sources, I can’t break them apart with Expand Audio Components in the Multicam view. That option is ghosted out. I have re-set the audio to Dual Mono in the Inspector, and I can turn off audio1 or audio 2. But I need total control of my audio which have have had in the past. Why is Expand Audio Components ghosted out in this case?

I select all the clips for camA and camB and create a new Multicam Clip and use audio for syncing. The Angles are all set to Automatic.

My program is about 45 mins long. bring it into Compressor. Drop the Create DVD presets into the project. Select the m2v file setting. Select video to modify the settings. Switch to Single Pass CBR and set bit rate up to 9Mbps and hit Start Batch.
20 mins later I have the ac3 audio file and an empty m2v file.

No. The audio was selected from cam1 throughout the multicam editing. As I go through the editing switching between cam1 and cam2, the audio stays the same but is making a “cut” in the audio at every camera switch. Would be nice if the audio would remain one continuous clip and not cut into 100s of clips.

Ran a ProRes file. It’s still dropping some audio. In different places and the drops happen on a camera switch. Meaning late in the Projects when it switched between cam2 and cam2 the audio drop out of cam2 and comes back when it switches to cam 1 again. Only happens in a few places though and different cuts in different renders. So its random.
I have 2 project that are about the same. Right now it’s only happening on one of the programs. Both were shot on the same day, same location, same setup. One lav mic on speaker. Though it is one audio source in one 45 min take, something is happening in some of the switch on cameras.
I moved to FCPX because I heard it was faster than what I was editing on. It IS a fast editing as far as cutting the projects. But it slows to a crawl whenI have to go back and tweak color grading, stabilizing, some shots and a nightmare tweaking all the audio pieces even though it was originally one take.

Proxy? I really haven’t used any at this point. And I don’t know how I would be rendering that out when it’s all coming from the FCPX timeline into Compressor.
I just ran a Blu-ray thru and it’s perfect. Blacks are solid black and no “noise”. Also ran a 4K version even though there is no 4K footage and it was very clean as well.

If you saw what I’m getting you’d be disappointed too.
I did find out that using Combined Clips does lower picture quality where you have mixed 30fps and 60fps footage. 30fps is unwatchable when you render a Combined Clip to MP4. Just ran a test. It’s like night and day.
