    Correct. So far, I am getting nice results from the H.264 exports. One weird thing: I made one at full res & full motion, and then made one half screen (320 x 240) and the little guy had a bigger file size! I’ll play some more.

    WOW! 41 GB of space required? Yikes. Bill, I don’t think we’ll see a G5 Powerbook any time soon. Not if they want to keep the sleek design anyway. Cooling will be HUGE issue for them. I think we’ll see multi-proc G4 Powerbooks soon enough.

    Yeah I lost my QT Pro 6 license BUT it does not affect the performance of using QT Pro exports through FCP. I am doing my first H.264 export now of a :30 second spot and MAN is taking some time. You have the option of paying Apple for a new QT Pro license to use the features in the QT Player now, or just wait unitl you get FCP 5 and you’ll have a new one.
