Thanks Dave, I have found the snapping and have disabled it. Now it seems that I can’t hear the 2nd audio track I have.

What I have is a 1 hr video that is out of sync and I have this side and the other side audio tracks that I am trying to line up with the video. I can hear the other side audio but can’t hear my side audio.

I inserted a new audio track and put it there. Have I missed something?

Also can you let me know how to zoom in on the timeline. the audio is a fraction out and I can get it just before and just after but not spot on, in the place I need it to be. Is there another way to move the audio other than a mousepad. Can I use arrows?

    Thanks Kayley

Where did the video come from (camcorder or somewhere else)?
Is the audio a totally separate from the video?
What format is the video (miniDV, HDV, AVCHD)?
    What are your computer specs?

Mike ok here is what I’ve done.
Using skype I recorded a 1 hr video using vodburner as the recorder.
I have the two sides of the audio as separate files.
The video is a WMV file.
My pc specs: I have windows 7 64 bit- emachine 640G laptop. upgraded to 6g ram, dual processor.

That’s all I know about the specs I can probably find out more if you need more info than that.

    Thanks Kayley
