Thanks for the advice! I tried to convert it to WAV and didn’t work, and tried everything else. In the end I had to uninstall the whole of the creative suite and reinstall again and it worked finally…

Thanks Jon. Unfortunately it didnt solve the problem. I’ve been looking elsewhere on this forum and tried to do various different things like uninstalling and reinstalling, trying to import in another computer remotely etc still won’t work on mine…
