    Its a 250 G SSD.

So far I’ve only worked on music videos so the raw files are generally around 10-20 gig range.

When I flushed my cache after 2 years worth of AE files it was at 90 gigs so I think I’d have plenty of space.

I just really wonder if I get a better bang performance wise splitting the cache from the raw files or splitting the OS from raw files and cache.

    Thanks for your response.

    Thats what I was thinking.

If you have a camera and when you convert something to 3D and it moves/disappears – you need to adjust the camera or the properties on the new 3D object.

Thanks, I’ve never flush my cache, so that’s probably it. I’ll try that next time it gets flaky.

    Different comps or files?

I use different comps for each clip that was originally based in premier.

One AE file – IE AtlasCC.fileextension.

I think I probably could have pre-rendered sunflare thing I did that was CPU intensive but I still don’t get why AE and Premier would just randomly start spiking the CPU usage.

Nice! Feel free to post the articles/videos – may help someone else too. Glad you got it worked out.

Those were some of my first attempts using mocha. I love it – but I’ve mainly used it on face/eyes – I watched a tutorial on someone tracking a boat rocking and tracking 4 or 5 different planes. That was nuts.

Can you post what you have? That would help. I’ve used mocha to do what you’re talking about – start in the middle, track towards the end, then go back and track from the middle the to begining (if something goes on and off screen).
