August 26, 2013 at 10:30 pm in reply to: Every few minutes composition motitor goes blackok wonderful! =D i was having another little issue, when i use element 3d i get an error message “Element has encountered an unrecoverable error please compress the following file and contact support”, when i turn off multiprocessing it goes away. i read this happens because element 3d uses the graphics card and not processors, but they said that upgrading the driver should help, but it hasn’t.. do u have any ideas? multi processing makes everything run a lot quicker snd i’d hate to not be able to use it. thanks =)

August 22, 2013 at 12:02 am in reply to: Every few minutes composition motitor goes blackthanks so much for your response.. i just tried that but im not sure it helped.. i tested AE by playing with an effects-heavy project and after about 7 minutes it went black but only at 100% zoom.. if i zoomed in or out it went back to normal but if i went back to 100% it was black..
could it be my multiprocessing settings? right now its on 8 installed CPUs, 1 reserved for other applications, ram allocation per background cpu: 3 gb..
