after undo can’t redo

[Kandiimann Shane] “hi, for some reason only on one project i’m working on when ever i undo something and try to redo, the redo button is greyed out and says can’t redo. i don’t perform any actions after undoing either. any ideas why this might be happening?”

I’d suggest resetting your preferences. Close Ae and relaunch it, hold Ctrl+Alt+Shift (PC) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac) while it starts.

didn’t do it =( it said are you sure you want to delete your preferences and i clicked ok but its still not letting me redo.. thank you for your response though =) any other ideas?

It’s not letting you redo anything? Or just specific actions?

Have you installed the latest updates for your version of Ae?

Other than that, I’m not really sure what to advise. Sorry!
