thank you but is there a way that i can reduce the size of the file when using the render queue without reducing the file quality?

I’m running Final Cut Pro 5
And i’m using AE CS4
I just looked into the FCP 5 and i see the DVCPRO HD conversion
But i do not see it when i try to export within After Effects

I see:
– DV/DVCPRO – NTSC
– DVCPRO – PAL
– DVCPRO 50 – NTSC
– DVCPRO 50 – PAL

But i do not see a DVCPRO HD ?

I am actually going into file > export > quick time movie and i export it as that?
How would I export it as a DVCPRO HD ?

Is there a way that i can set AE to play these clips at the normal frame rate? And I think that I shot it in 24p
BUT when I played all of this back on the cameras display screen it looked perfect … so I just assumed that everything would be fine while exporting
