To me it seems strange that the explosion doesn’t really affect anything. Nothing flies off the door and the soldier runs right through it. So it looks more like a harmless flash or light phenomenon rather than an explosion.
In my view there should be a lot of debris in the air, plus dark smoke, in addition to the flash. And I expected the soldier to fly off to the opposite wall, not run right through like nothing much happened.
The way he “fades in” through the explosion looks very unnatural.

Also good to know that there are three options in how After Effects generates the additional frames, one is to duplicate existing frames, one is to blend between the frames and one is to create new frames from the existing ones (pixel motion).

I would look into the option of using 2D layers and getting the screen coordinates of the nulls for the position (expression) and using the distance from camera to calculate the scale (expression).
If you need 3D interaction (layers changing in z-depth) that is not possible this way, you could use 3D layers with this auto-orient expression from Dan Ebberts:

Not a Cineware solution, but how about tracking the corners and using corner pin to place the text. Even if you have to do the tracking manually, it is just four plates, so would take a couple of hours.

My suggestion:
0) Adjust image with Levels to make the blacks fully black and whites fully white
1) Duplicate layer
2) Invert duplicated layer
3) Set duplicated layer to lighten blend mode
4) Apply Minimum (Filter>Other>Minimum) with a radius of 9 and “preserve roundness” selected on the duplicated layer
5) (Flatten image) -

Nope. You’ll need a 3D program and a 3D model.
At the cheaper and easier end you have Poser and Daz Studio. Then you’ll need to purchase a model with skin, bones and whatever internal organs you require.
