thanks for all of the answers!
I eventually wound up using white in on a black background, in a darkroom. This fixed the problem of reflections I was having. Thanks again for the answers.

i don’t know exactly what’s going wrong, but I do think there is a work-around. When you have the song selected in iTunes, right-click it, and click, “Show in Windows Explorer”. Then, you can drag that file into your project.

The evolution presets are pretty complicated….
I wish that I could make something like that!

However, if you want to save some certain effects as preset, you select them, (in the effect panel) and go to animation>save animation preset. After you name the preset, then you will be able to apply it. If you type in it’s name in the effects/presets box, it will come up. After that, you can apply it to a layer. ( drag and drop) Now, the effects that you saved in that animation presets are applied to that layer, along with any values you changed in them before you saved the preset.

I hope I’m making some amount of sense…
Let me know if this works

try using Andrew Kramer’s FPS converter.
you can download it and find a tutorial here:

i’m not using a mask, though.
I am using the color range key option.

  • I found it! It was that box that you told me about earlier, I just found it! I thought you were talking about a different icon that i found.
    Thank you so much!

  • I tried both of these… I couldn’t find anything that worked.
When this happens to you, were you able to scrub through the timeline?
Also, when I rotate a object, it doesn’t change until I let go of the mouse button, then just jumps there.
    Thanks again!

  • thank you So much for the answer!!
I tried all of the ones I could find, but nothing changed it.
Is it possibly that multiple settings got changed, and I need to fix both of them?
    Thanks again for the help!
