It’s a long shot… but same thing happening when it’s powered via the socket (no batteries)? Or via a swit battery?

Don’t know. I havent seen the ex3 lens mount but i would think the ex3 lens would not cover the whole f3 sensor.

I think the best you can do is by some of these (or like these)

Ok very good! I don’t know, maybe the NDs will be sharp when you backfocus with ND on? I don’t know, it’s just an idea, but for me the shutter always does the trick. Enjoy!

I have the ex1r and i never use the ND’s because they make the picture very soft. I always use the shutter to ‘dark’ the picture.
But it’s also possible that there’s a lot of air/fog between cam and mountain that will give the picture a grey overlay.Jw.

In nightclubs I always film with rain cover. That’s a pain of course but when you undo the cover at the end of the assignment its sticky, smelly and wet so always bring protection when entering the nightclub 🙂
You can use an UV filter or just some screw on protector, but it always makes it a little bit softer, and you’ll have lens reflections with all the disco lights in the camera so it protects your lens but does not make your picture better.

is it the last clip you shot? It is maybe possible (especially when it’s a long interview) that the clip is written on two cards and that the other card (BPAV folder) is needed for the full clip? I know it’s a long shot (in guessing 🙂 ) but it’s maybe possible. You sure the extension is .mp4 or .smi ?

Yeah that can be done. Set the cam on PAL and then on the correct format 108025P, 108050i or what you want. At least this can be done with EX1r but I thought also EX1
